Project Overview — Draft v0.2

A working draft, not an approved final whitepaper. Draft

1. Identity

USD Online Loyalty Deals (USDOLD). OLD stands for Online Loyalty Deals. USD is part of the project’s brand name. The name alone does not establish a dollar peg, cash reserves, or a right to redeem USDOLD for U.S. dollars.

The display name is the owner’s selected public display name. The deployed contract’s on-chain name is USDOLD — read directly from the contract on 2026-11-05. The two currently match.

2. Intended utility

The owner-stated intended use is internal payments within an online gaming platform. Proposed features:

  • Internal Payments — Proposed. Platform integration, supported payment flows, network-fee handling and published terms have not been confirmed for publication.
  • Digital-Item Purchases — Proposed. Item catalogue, pricing rules and delivery mechanics have not been confirmed for publication.
  • Loyalty Benefits — Proposed. Eligibility, reward rules and any tier structure have not been confirmed for publication.
  • Platform Offers — Proposed. No offers, partners or terms have been confirmed for publication.
  • Access Benefits — Proposed. Which features, if any, and the access rules have not been confirmed for publication.

3. Network

Network: TRON (verified). Environment: Mainnet. Standard: TRC-20, confirmed against the deployed contract on 2026-11-05.

4. Contract identification

The owner-designated contract address is listed on the Token page, with a link to the matching TRONSCAN record where the token can be inspected. Its deployment and source code are verified on TRON Mainnet.

5. Token economics

Decimals: 6. Total supply: 10,000,000,000. Maximum supply: 10,000,000,000 (equal to the current total supply). Circulating supply: not yet published. Allocation, vesting, issuance and burn policies: not yet published.

6. Permissions

The verified contract code contains mint, burn and blacklist/unBlacklist functions, and no pause function. Which addresses may call these has not been fully established; the contract’s owner() currently returns the deployer address. Unknown does not mean absent. See Transparency.

7. Development status

Phase 1 (information and verification) is in progress: the contract is published and verified; operator and support details remain unpublished. All other roadmap phases are proposed and undated. No feature is live. The gaming platform has not been publicly identified.

8. Risks

Price and liquidity are uncertain; smart-contract and administrator risks apply; network fees apply; blockchain transfers are irreversible; utility depends on a platform that may change or not launch. Read the full Risk Disclosure.
