No. USD is part of the project’s brand name. The name alone does not establish a dollar peg, cash reserves, or a right to redeem USDOLD for U.S. dollars.

The verified contract code contains blacklist/unBlacklist functions, so transfers can be restricted by whoever controls them; no pause function was found. Whether transfer fees apply has not been established. See Transparency.
